RETURNS
Because our products are skincare and personal-use beauty products, we have to be a little stricter about returns for health and hygiene reasons.
Opened or used skincare and beauty products generally cannot be returned.
If you received an unopened product and believe it qualifies for a return, contact us before sending anything back. Do not mail a return without receiving instructions from us first.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:

Please keep the original product and packaging until we've resolved the issue.
REFUNDS
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.

Because orders may enter processing or fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
EXCHANGES
Because of the personal-use nature of our products, we generally do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us and we'll make it right.
